$2000 dog fund, with matching at the end

For my friend who is letting her kids get a dog once they save $2000, then the parents will match with another $2000 for the dog savings/emergency fund.

    Please tell them to adopt a shelter puppy, and not actually spend $4k on a breeder. :(

    That amount is so that they have a savings for the dog, vet bills, food etc.
